Lewis Environmental is pleased to announce that Rob Hilliard is now a TRANSCAER State Coordinator for Pennsylvania!

TRANSCAER® (Transportation Community Awareness and Emergency Response) is a voluntary national outreach effort that focuses on assisting communities to prepare for and to respond to a possible hazardous material transportation incident. Rob has over 22 years of experience in the environmental contracting/remediation industry. Rob has held the position of Director of Business Development since 2017 and previous to that, held the position of Key Account Manager since 2010.

Rob’s history with Lewis dates back to 1997 holding positions in operations, accounting and business development. Rob’s industry experience includes expertise in the areas of environmental site remediation, industrial maintenance, emergency spill response and hazardous waste management.

“I’ve known Rob for many years in my prior life as Norfolk Southern Operations Manager,” says John Casey, TRANSCAER Pennsylvania state coordinator Chair. “Adding Rob as a Pennsylvania state coordinator brings new energy and experience that will be good for the group as well as hazmat responders throughout the state.” The Lewis Group looks forward to working with TRANSCAER to prepare our local communities and responders for possible hazardous material transportation incidents.
