Lewis Group Taps Experienced Manager for Property Services Helm

New hire determined to position LPS with quality results

ROYERSFORD, PA – (February 22, 2018) The Lewis Group is pleased to announce the hiring of Don Simmons as the Director of Operations for the Lewis Property Services division.

The Lewis Group, an experienced collective of affiliate service companies all committed to offering superior solutions to industry partners, is continually evolving their offerings. In 2016, Lewis Property Services (LPS) was established as a support division to fulfill property management, facility maintenance and landscaping requests from Lewis Environmental clients who required the same level of quality and dependability.

“We are able to fulfill requests at a level that our partners have come to expect from Lewis Environmental,” says Rick Lewis, President and CEO. “LPS was a natural extension because we’re on site and possess the know-how and standard of excellence to support a quality property management and facilities maintenance offering.”

After the Lewis Group segmented LPS out as its own division, the offering started to take off with no marketing or sales effort behind it.

“LPS is growing and it is a critical time to bring in experienced leadership,” adds Lewis.

Simmons comes to Lewis Property Services with more than twenty years of high-level Landscape Property Management experience.

His responsibilities with LPS will include managing day to day operations for client partners throughout the east coast. Headquartered in Royersford, PA, LPS also has operational outposts in Lakeland, Florida.

Simmons, 47, currently resides in Clermont, Florida with his wife Jaimie and their bulldog Whitey.

“Don is a problem solver,” Lewis remarked. “He’s been responsible for a lot of high level commercial properties in Seattle, Chicago, Miami, Charlotte, Orlando and Indianapolis and LPS is fortunate to have him directing operations.”

With a complete portfolio of property management, facilities management and landscape (design, build and maintenance) services, Lewis Property Services is a reliable resource to client partners who demand excellence.

“I am excited for myself and for my team,” says Simmons, who officially started with Lewis on January 29.
