We’re proud to announce that Lewis Environmental has been named a 2025 Delaware Top Workplace by The News Journal. What makes this recognition especially meaningful is that it’s based entirely on feedback from our employees.
The award comes from a confidential survey administered by Energage, an employee engagement technology partner. The survey measures key aspects of workplace culture such as respect and support, growth opportunities, and empowerment.
At Lewis, this recognition is a direct reflection of our team-driven culture. Our industry is tough and emergencies don’t stop once the clock hits 5pm (although we wish they did). That’s makes our industry unique, everyday is different. Whether it’s delivering waste management solutions, providing emergency response support, or helping industrial clients keep their facilities running safely and efficiently, our staff is always ready.
